NC12 is the only one main highway running through the entire Outer Banks. It covers most of the beautiful NC coastline. This page displays all traffic cameras along NC12 and US158 in the Outer Banks, starting with the northernmost camera on NC12. The subsequent camera images are presented in sequential order, progressing southward until the final camera located at the southern end of NC12 in Ocracoke. Due to the extensive length of this highway, this single-page view featuring large photographs provides the simplest method for monitoring traffic conditions along the entire route.
